Rising Stars rules
- Format
- Single round robin, 5v5.
- Game Length
- 4 × 10-minute quarters.
- Roster Size
- Minimum 8, maximum 15 players.
- Age / Eligibility
- Youth only, ages 8U to 18U. Every player needs a copy of their PSA birth certificate with the official receipt, a signed minor consent form and a signed injury waiver. Teams that cannot comply are not accepted.
- Entry Fee
- ₱5,000 entry per team + ₱2,500 in-game fee per game, due 10 days before opening night.
- Playoff Structure
- Top 4 teams advance to the playoffs.
- Teams per Division
- Minimum 6 teams, maximum 12 teams per bracket. Over 12 teams, the division splits into 2 brackets; league owners can adjust by entries.
